Brett Weitzel, M.D. was born and raised in Corrales, NM. He attended the University of Colorado where he received degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Biochemistry. He graduated from medical school in 2009 from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. Dr. Weitzel then completed an internal medicine internship and radiology residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2016 Dr. Weitzel completed a Breast Imaging Fellowship from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
